The initial design draft will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the time all content is received.

REVISION POLICY:

Clients receive 1 complimentary revision. Revisions include minor adjustments and design enhancements, including rewording or repositioning elements. Revisions take an additional 1-2 day turnaround time

RE-DESIGN POLICY:

A fee of $50 is required for major changes or extensive revisions that require significant time and effort. This includes tasks such as new design layouts, structural modifications, brand colors, and brand fonts . Redesigns will take an additional 10-14 business days

Given the nature of the services provided, The Branding Ave does not offer refunds once projects has begun.
