During this call, we’ll briefly review your business goals, creative direction, and the type of branding experience you’re looking for to ensure alignment on both sides.
Please note: This is not a strategy session, coaching call, or live design consultation. The purpose of this call is to establish compatibility, answer pre-booking questions, and help guide you toward the most suitable service or package for your brand.

The Discovery Call fee will be credited toward your booked service when secured within 7 days of your Discovery Call Date.

Please be advised that all consultation calls are scheduled according to the selected time duration purchased at checkout.
If the consultation exceeds the allotted paid time, an additional invoice will be sent for the extra time used.
Continued discussion beyond the scheduled timeframe will be considered acceptance of additional consultation charges.
To ensure an efficient and productive call, we recommend having all questions, notes, and topics prepared in advance.
Given the nature of the services provided, The Branding Ave does not offer refunds once projects has begun.
