A fee of $50 is required for major changes or extensive revisions that require significant time and effort. This includes tasks such as new design layouts, structural modifications, brand colors, and brand fonts . Redesigns will take an additional 5-10 business days

Your turnaround time starts only after you complete and submit the required client intake form with all necessary details, including wording, photos, content, and supporting materials. Without a completed design form, your project has not officially begun.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with the design form necessary for your project. Please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible, including all requested text, images, links, references, and project details.

Once you submit the form, The Branding Ave. will review your information and reach out if any additional details are required. After reviewing your completed form, your project will enter production based on the turnaround time for the service you selected. Remember, without a completed form, there will be no active project.

Project details should be sent via text messages, conversation screenshots, handwritten notes, or images of documents. A completed design form must be on record unless you have explicit permission to share specific details through email or text. Keeping all project information contained within the design form helps us maintain an organized workflow, minimize miscommunication, and ensure every aspect of your project is accurately recorded.

Revision Policy:

Clients are to one free revision. Revisions may involve minor tweaks and design improvements, such as rephrasing or repositioning elements. Please allow an additional 4-5 business days for the completion of revisions.

Re-Design Policy:

A redesign will incur an extra of 50% of the original service price for substantial changes or extensive revisions that demand time and effort. This encompasses tasks like new design layouts, structural changes, color adjustments, and font updates. Redesign will take an additional 5-10 business days.
